I spotted what I think was a fairy in my house last night. He was only visible with one eye open, and i was between sleep and waking as well. He paid me no mind till I streatched my hand out to him, then i followed him with my eyes whilst he disappeared. a shadow ran above my headboard where there was light instead of dark, and there was nothing else in the room that could of cast that shadow. Then later on in the evening, i saw either another one or the same listening at the garage door of my neighbor as he played his music that was so loud you could hear it from within his basement across the street.

this happened in Dedham, MA

Re: fairies
Not a dumb question.
But it does seem to me, that if they are fairy doors, then they are made by fairies... unless they subcontract with... gnomes, maybe? They are indeed real, you can go and visit many of them. However, you cannot go in, they are only about 6 1/2 inches tall.

Re: fairies
i was just confusing i thought you made the doors for decoration... since i've never heard about fairy's doors before you only hear about them in stories when you are little i never really looked into them. my husband and i had a discussion about them the other day i was very intrigued by your website and the doors.... since i've never seen one (except for the one on your website) where can i see one here in texas?

Re: fairies
The doors are not "just for decoration" that is for certain.
I am not too familiar with Texas urban fairies. I cannot say that urban fairies are everywhere. I can imagine that they COULD be.
